Bubble tea plays a crucial role in Taiwanese food culture. Bubble tea is made of black tea, milk and black tapioca balls. It is sold in most of beverage shops in Taiwan. I bet every indigenous Taiwanese has drank bubble tea at least once in his or her lifetime. The tea tastes sugary and smooth but the black tapioca balls taste rubbery and sweet.
