 Stinky tofu is another famous Taiwanese food. As it’s name, it smells stinky. Why it smells stinky? Because tofu will be pickled before fried. Although it smells not good, it tastes scrumptious. Most of Taiwanese enjoy it but lots of foreigners cannot stand the smell. The tofu is fried crispy outside, but tender inside. You may love it if you taste it once.
