Steamed spring roll is a traditional pastry in Taiwan. In my hometown, lots of elderly have steamed spring roll as their breakfast. The surface of the pastry has a little sesame. Inside the pastry will have some lettuce, an egg, a steak, etc. I think it is a kind of hamburger.
